Labor Contracts and Plans
The majority of employees at °µÍø³Ô¹Ï are represented by a labor union. °µÍø³Ô¹Ï has four unions that represent over 98% of our employees. are responsible for negotiating and updating contracts.

– Minnesota State College Faculty Association
Some positions are excluded from union representation. Minnesota Management and Budget are responsible for creating and updating contracts.
