Requesting Your Warrior Card
Warrior Cards (student identification cards) are printed by Student Services at the Front Desk on both campuses.
Request Your ID Online
You can request your Warrior Card online after you are registered for classes. Warrior Cards can be picked up on campus until the 5th day of the semester. If not picked up, they will be mailed to your permanent address. Simply submit a photo and your information to the form below. You will also need to submit a copy of your driver’s license or other legal photo ID.
You will need to log into the form using the same login you use for your Ridgewater email and Office 365 account:

If you have issues logging into the form, double-check to make sure that you aren’t logged into another non-Ridgewater Microsoft Office account or open the form in an incognito tab in your browser.
Request Your ID in Person
You can stop by the Front Desk on either campus to get your ID printed in about 5 – 10 minutes. Both Front Desks are open Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. You will need to present your driver’s license or other legal photo ID.
